The men who lead and sheperd our congregation.

Rousas Rushdoony and has had a hunger ever since to serve the Lord, by bringing every area of his life and culture into submission to Him.

Elder Ben Loomis

He has worked on the recording and distribution of sermons and lectures for RHC and related activities, and seeks to use technology to spread Godly messages far and wide, as well as helping God’s people through his role as elder. Ben lives in Sunnyvale and works as a software engineer.

He is faithfully supported by Diemanh, his wife of 20 years. They have 3 daughters, 2 sons, and 16 dogs. The happiest day of his life was the day God walked him off the street and through the doors of Reformed Heritage Church.

Deacon Alejandro DeLeigh

Though raised in the Roman Catholic tradition, Alejandro’s life was fundamentally transformed at the age of 17 during a visit to a Presbyterian church in Mexico. It was there, through the daily reading of Scripture, that he truly encountered the gospel. He surrendered his life to Christ after being deeply convicted by the words of John 14:6:

“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'”

Since that pivotal moment, Alejandro has dedicated himself to serving the local church in various capacities. In 2018, he and his family relocated to California and found a spiritual home at RHC, where he was recently ordained to the office of Deacon, joyfully serving the temporal and spiritual needs of the congregation.

Deacon John Jovlusky

John Jovalusky is an engineer in the semiconductor Industry. He and his wife, Kara, moved to San Jose from Escondido, California, in 2004. John and Kara began attending Reformed Heritage Church (RHC) in 2007 and have been members since 2008. John loves to teach about the Christian faith and his Lord, Jesus Christ
and has been teaching at RHC since 2012. He is also a Deacon at RHC.

Dr. Jo Loomis

Mother of four and grandmother of six, Jo has been a member of Reformed Heritage Church since 1998. Jo is a family nurse practitioner and recently retired college professor who homeschooled her own children and is now homeschooling her Texas grandchildren via Zoom when she’s not baking bread.
